How does the free month work?
During launch, new accounts get 30 days of Starter access. No credit card is needed. After your trial, you can continue on the limited free plan or choose a paid plan. All launch prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
What makes a SearchBeagle lead different?
It starts with someone asking for a product, a service, or a recommendation. You can read what they need and decide whether your business can help.
Does SearchBeagle find every post instantly?
Not yet. SearchBeagle is in early access, and finding new requests quickly is our priority. Timing and coverage depend on source availability and review processing. We don’t promise instant detection or every possible match.
Which social accounts can I connect?
Facebook collection uses the desktop helper and your signed-in access. Instagram options depend on what’s available for your account. You’ll see supported connections in Settings. Nextdoor access is awaiting approval.
Will SearchBeagle contact people for me?
You choose who to contact and what to say. SearchBeagle gives you a way to open the original request; it doesn’t automatically post replies or send messages to the person asking.
Is a matching request a guaranteed sale?
No. A match is a conversation you may want to pursue. Check the original post, the timing, and the customer’s needs before responding. They may already have found what they need.
Can I change my searches or notifications?
Yes. You can edit saved searches as your business changes and manage available notification choices in Settings. SMS isn’t available yet.
Will SearchBeagle suggest groups in my area?
Yes. SearchBeagle suggests groups in your area that have produced requests marked as good leads and are relevant to your saved searches. You choose which groups to join; some groups require membership approval.
